E. Mikučiauskas and Partners’ Law Firm EXPROMA is an innovative, rapidly expanding law firm founded by Edmundas Mikučiauskas, Managing Partner, in 2003. The Law Firm currently employs five attorneys at law and two assistant attorneys. With different legal work experience, the lawyers of the Law Firm provide a wide range of legal services. Our clients are companies dealing with structural, management, tax optimization, insolvency, and other issues, entrepreneurs, who want to avoid disagreements with their partners or unfair competition, investors, who are in litigation with dishonest financial intermediaries, as well as individuals with such concerns, as separation of property, inheritance, divorce, etc. By being professionals in our fields, we provide only high quality legal services.

2003-04-17 Establishment of the Law Firm
E. Mikučiauskas and Partners’ Law Firm EXPROMA has been registered.
2007-2008 The growth of Law Firm
Associates Liutauras Vailionis and Algirdas Tomas Parulis, and Attorney Liudmila Sarkisianc have joined the Firm. The services provided by the Law Firm have expanded into areas, such as land issues, territory planning, transportation, and family law.
2013-01-01 New areas of professional expertise
The Law Firm launches consulting services in the areas of Criminal Law, Public Procurement, Intellectual Property Protection, Competition Law, Citizenship, and Migration.
2015-05-09 Moving to new office
The Law Firm has moved to new office space in Nordic and Baltic Business Centre FOUR at Perkūnkiemio str. 4A, Vilnius.
